Our history
1979
The first company, Maksan Kablo, is launched, specializing in industrial cable manufacturing
1983
Mina Dış Ticaret is established to export Maksan products beyond Türkiye
1987
As Aşmak Ltd. Company we became the Turkish representative of the Japanese company Shin-Nippon. We have been importing eye testing and surgical equipment
1989
Sina Kimya is launched, producing raw material pellets for Maksan, completing Mina Foreign Trade & Construction’s full-cycle self-sufficiency across the trade group of
Maksan – Mina – Sina
1990
The founder of Mina, Mr. Natik Akyol, with the support of the head of Istanbul administration, Mr. Recep Erdoğan, becomes one of the five founding fathers of the Turkish Independent Industrialists and Businessmen Association, MÜSİAD
1992
Mr. Natik Akyol becomes a co-founding partner of Seranit, a leading ceramic granite tile manufacturer in Türkiye
2002
The MINA Group launches Schritt Technik GmbH in Germany, a company specializing in the production and sale of pergola systems for outdoor restaurant and catering spaces, while simultaneously expanding into the construction sector
2009-2014
Mina acts as the Turkish representative of the Austrian construction company STRABAG and its subsidiary MÖBIUS, based in Hamburg, for sea, port and river bottom scanning projects
2014-2016
A period of close collaboration with Ülker company, executing several commercial business projects for them across European countries
2018
We became a representative partner of Yiber Elektronik San. Tic. Ltd. company producing hotel, restaurant, and hygiene HORECA equipment
2021
We established Proma GmbH, a carbonated beverage and soft drink production and distribution company in Germany
2022 - nowadays
The MINA Foreign Trade & Construction group continues to actively expand its influence, engaging in global projects and serving as a bridge for partners in Africa, South-East Asia, Middle East, Europe and Türkiye for their construction facilities
